Hi Chika Umeadi good question — at Paga we are continuously working on our overall programs to train and grow our people. The first thing we’ve done from day 1 is to give people responsibility and hold them to a high standard. People are promoted based on demonstrated success. We promote constructive feedback in our employee appraisal process. We have formal training sessions and this year started a 6 month coaching program for our A+ players. In the works is a more formal coaching plan for the entire organization.
