definitely Elizabeth Akpan — this is a key insight you picked up on. People joining the team are leaving well-paid jobs, they have families etc. They are taking a bet not only on the idea but on the person or people who started out the business. This is always true but as the business grows it is less so. For example, anyone joining Paga today is less worried about can Tayo run this business vs. someone who joined when we were 3 people. That said, they still will wonder and ask if this business is well run and able to pay their salary etc.

Also, investors are definitely always looking at the people and asking if they believe in them to execute.
